Please let me know what you have in mind for your personalised piece of jewellery, e.g.:
which colours are your favourites and which ones you’d rather avoid
which stones/pearls you like
which components you prefer (material: surgical steel/silver/gold-plated silver + colour – rose gold, gold or silver)
whether you’d like a pendant on the piece
whether you’d prefer a slip-on bracelet on an elastic elastomer band or one with a clasp
what size of jewellery you need
Consultation and design enquiry
Based on the information you provide, I’ll get an idea of what you’re looking for, and then we’ll fine-tune it together – by phone, via email, etc. – whichever suits you best.
You will then purchase the ‘Personalised Jewellery Design’ product. Once payment has been received, I’ll start creating designs, which I’ll then present to you for approval – jewellery designs plus price quotes.
Production
Once you have approved one of the designs, I will send you an invoice for the piece of jewellery (the cost of the design will be deducted from the final price) and, once this has been paid, I will begin crafting the piece. You will receive the finished piece of jewellery in a gift box within two weeks of payment, unless otherwise agreed.

Designing personalised jewellery
After the consultation, order the design. I will make your jewellery based on it, and the design price is deducted from the final price.
Made to order: by ordering you ask me to start immediately; once the design is completed, you cannot withdraw and the price is non-refundable.
Custom jewellery is made exactly to your wishes, so neither the order nor a completed design can be withdrawn from. Your rights in case of defects are not affected. Details are in Art. 6 of the terms and conditions.
