Shipping & payment

Delivery options

We deliver within the Czech Republic only.

• Zásilkovna — pickup point — CZK 89, delivery usually 1–3 business days
• Zásilkovna — home delivery — CZK 149, delivery usually 1–3 business days

Free shipping on goods over CZK 1,700 (after discounts).

Payment options

• Card online — by payment card, or with Apple Pay or Google Pay. The payment runs through the secure Stripe payment gateway; your card details never reach us.
• Bank transfer — you will see the payment details and a QR code after placing the order, and we will also email them to you. Payment is due within 3 days; we ship once it reaches our account.

Enter your discount code in the cart; it works with both payment methods.

Dispatch

We usually dispatch your order within 2 business days of receiving payment. Made-to-order jewelry takes longer — we will agree on the timing with you individually. Zásilkovna will keep you informed about dispatch and delivery.
